Join a cutting-edge technology company based in Paris seeking an Embedded SW Team leader that specialises in the design and development of advanced power management solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). They develop of high-performance power management integrated circuits (PMICs) that enable devices to operate with maximum efficiency and reliability ranging from low-power IoT devices to high-performance automotive system

Embedded Software Team Lead Responsibilities

• Head a team focused on embedded software development, operating on Freertos, Linux, and bare metal platforms spanning FPGA, Arm Virtual Hardware, or real targets.
• Ensure precise planning and strict adherence to deadlines, maintaining a commitment to deliver high-quality outcomes.
•  Foster efficient communication channels between the team, internal/external customers, and hardware development teams.

Embedded Software Team Lead Background:

• Proficient in embedded software development with expertise in RTOS and embedded Linux
• In-depth knowledge of ARM architectures, specifically Cortex-M and Cortex-A.
• Extensive experience managing embedded software development teams ranging from 5 to 10 members.
