1- MONITORING / ANALYSIS / REPORTING

Monitoring the EMEA business performance on a daily basis and following the target fulfillment vs. assumptions

Participate in the preparation of the weekly presentation for the EMEA executive committee

Participate in the preparation of the bi-weekly business update for Zone’s Top management

Collecting and analyzing data from various sources/data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, translating them into actionable insights and addressing them to the right stakeholders

2- TOOL DEVELOPMENT & TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS

Designing and building relevant reports according to the regional and local needs

Ensuring the continuous improvement of the analytical tools & streamlining processes to gain efficiency and improve key metrics

Acting as analytics key point of contact for the local e-commerce managers: providing training on the EMEA analytical tools and processes, supporting on ad-hoc requests, local deep dive analyses etc.

Identifying the development needs and briefing the Central BI & Web Analytics departments to create relevant dashboards for company-wide e-commerce performance measurement

3- BUSINESS PLANNING & BUDGET/ R1/R2 SUPPORT

Consolidating the weekly animation calendar in coordination with the e-Merchandising team in order to translate the monthly sales objectives into weekly driver tree KPI goals for the zone

Adjusting the weekly target’s driver tree KPIs based on the business trends

4- AD HOC ANALYSES

Conducting competitive benchmarks to identify industry trends and study the competitive online luxury landscape in Europe

Providing various ad-hoc analyses to facilitate meetings and workshops:

Country or Category deep-dives

Deep dive on the performance during key commercial event

Client pyramid analyses

5- ON-SITE SEARCH

Continuous improvement of the website’s on-site search performance while taking into account the local specificities of each country

6- E-MERCHANDISING SUPPORT

Collection launch coordination and Catalogue cleaning for Dior.com

Weekly visual merchandising update according to the online animation calendar and stock availability

Weekly stock monitoring:

Managing replenishment requests to Supply Chain (subscribers’ analysis, Stock status and Sell-through)

Rebalancing stock from and towards retail to increase merchandise efficiency

Profil

  • Engineering or Business school background, with a major focus on analytical matters (tech, finance, digital)
  • At least 3/5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, data analysis with a strong business sense
  • Very strong analytical skills, ability to work autonomously with multiple data sources and large datasets, to draw actionable conclusions and insights
  • Willing to make the data speak and understand the “why” behind each number and trend
  • Attention to detail, combined with the ability to synthesize information & findings
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, good presentation skills to digital stakeholders but also to the less digital savvy community
  • Advanced excel & powerpoint skills
  • Proactive thinker willing to challenge the existing
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Full proficiency in French and English
  • Knowledge of e-commerce / digital /web analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics 4, PowerBI, and ContentSquare, DataStudio, & Business Intelligence tools a plus)
  • Experience in luxury / retail industries a plus
