Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise, networking and leadership in a new field. You’ll report to Ahmed BENKOLAI (Central validation leader , Saint Ouen), and work alongside passionate, skilled and diverse teammates.

You'll lead and converge the validation activities of Alstom sites across the world to the central standards, deploy and support the guidelines, practices and rules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, supporting them, and facilitating their project activities through a networking and return of experience sharing. You’ll make sure everything adheres to established process and procedures.

You’ll specifically take care of making sure validation processes are understood and followed, feed back the central repository with best and successful practices and support the alignment inter metier.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Animate Train Validation Engineers’ network from all sites
  • Support ex-AT and new AT projects on implementation of processes and operation
  • Support development of standard management tools & KPI
  • Support tools performance measurement and continuous improvement
  • Support & deploy standard development process and testing process
  • Support test standardization process/procedures/tools
  • Define and deploy standard governances , test execution, Test means, test campaign management
