Where You Will Work

Our Customer Services Organization (CSO) oversees all the Customer activities post-implementation of Manhattan Associates’ (MA) product portfolio to a global customer base. 

As part of this role, you will utilize technologies, analyze and resolve technical issues that arise post customer implementation involving supply chain software solutions,

Develop high-quality, client-specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include enhancement development, testing, issue resolution, implementation, and post implementation support.

    Some of the important things you will do in this Technical Analyst role :

  • Utilize technologies and analyze and resolve technical issues that arise post customer implementation involving supply chain software solutions.
  • Develop high-quality, client-specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include enhancement development, testing, issue resolution, implementation, and post implementation support.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain and Omnichannel domains.
  • Interact heavily with technical architects and engineers on the customer side to facilitate deployment of MA products
  • Will provide technical expertise for the projects of varying sizes
  • Assist customers with data integration feeds in and out of the software system
  • Become familiar with all dependencies, interfaces, and services required by most areas of an enterprise software system
  • Develop technical designs for software extensions to fit the microservices architecture
  • Gain a working knowledge of deploying and supporting enterprise software in a leading commercial cloud platform
  • Gain a working knowledge of various modes of secure connectivity between software systems that operate in public clouds
  • Lead performance engineering and tuning tests to meet customer performance expectations
  • Opportunity to learn constantly evolving product functionality to meet fast-changing customer requirements
  • Develop technical expertise on cross-cloud data replication architectures
  • Facilitate technical workshops that deal with data security and access control to cloud applications
  • What’s Required of Me?

    Required Skills

  • Master degree or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • 1 to 2 years of post-Master experience in a software related technical field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience programming in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Experience with any RDBMS / SQL
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in working in Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Experience in developing with Spring or similar frameworks
  • Experience in using containerization tools (i.e. Docker)
  • Knowledge in Cloud Computing
