Supply chain & sales admin manager

Purpose

This role oversees tasks that are related to production planning, inventory control, supply management and procurement and ensures program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through shipping materials to end locations.

Key Missions

  • Manages the finances (budget, targets, working capital, materials forecast)
  • Ensures production and non-production materials are received at the right time and in the right amount
  • Identifies and secures supply chain resources to support the product launch and manages the supply chain content for the proposal pipeline
  • Forecats and plans of materials to support business
  • Performs analytics and maintains inventory accuracy
  • Holds understanding in the ERP workflows and physical processes
  • supports and Drives innovation
  • Possesses strong project management skill to handle multiple projects
  • Acts with a proactive approach to risk management
  • Possesses strong ability to foster collaboration across Supply chain and across the organization
  • Draws on communication, persuasion and relationship building skills
