Supply Chain Product Owner Analytics.

Join our Supply Chain team in the capacity of a Supply Chain Product Owner Analytics.

The Supply Chain Data Domain is part of Operations Supply Chain and is divided into teams: 

  • One is building the data assets on the Google Cloud Platform (Data Ready for Business),
  • And the other one is the Data Analytics team, which goal is to leverage the available data & improve user experience to make fact-based decisions (Business Ready for Data). 
  • The Supply Chain Product Owner Analytics will be part of this second sub team, working closely with his/her Data Ready for Business counterparts; and all the Supply Chain Analytics community all around the world (Network of Excellence).

    We have an end-to-end view on all the Supply Chain KPIs & Reports worldwide and our goal is to coordinate, build & then maintain the Supply Chain Analytics Portal. It is used by all our Supply Chain employees to pilot our performance & make Supply Chain analysis to accelerate speed of decision. 

    Analytics is one of the top priorities for Supply Chain. Our target is to stop duplications of KPIs and Reports & start global collaboration. Being part of this journey with us will allow you to be a key player to reach L’Oréal Analytics target:

  • Our role is also to upskill the Supply Chain community & accompany Analytics users to elevate the overall Analytics awareness within the Group.

  • HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT: 

  • Analyze functional requirements, formalize their technical translations, and undertake the corresponding Analytics solution and model developments.
  • Propose technical and sustainable solutions and support the generation of insights.
  • Challenge Customer to ensure need is valid one.
  • Ensure scalability of KPIs / Reports.
  • Identify and manage structured and unstructured information and considers information distribution policies.
  • Draw-up and/or supervise the documentation in compliance with the defined norms and standards.
  • Participate in the definition of the business case and overall objectives.
  • Use knowledge of Analytics trends, developments, and practices to improve service.
  • Supervise the content and ensure its overall quality.
  • Build data visualization corresponding to customer needs.
  • Ensure ethical visualization with no bias.
  • Ensure that there are no duplication of reports and accelerate collaboration cross entities.
  • Use knowledge of Analytics trends, developments, and practices to improve service to internal clients.
  • THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

    HARD SKILLS:

    Data-related technical skills

  • Data Visualization: Looker, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Google Big Query
  • Interacting with Databases: SQL
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Translation of business needs into processes and IT evolutions and design of functional requirements
  • Not mandatory, but appreciated:Programming languages: Python, R Understand Machine Learning algorithm 
  • Navigation within the organization

  • Business understanding of our Supply Chain
  • Deep understanding of L’Oréal Organization & Data Organization and L’Oréal System functional architecture
  • Project management

  • Skills in Agile project management
  • Ideation methods
