Introduction:

HEALTHHUB™ is the condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solution developed by Alstom to improve the availability and the Life Cycle Cost of rail transportation assets. The HEALTHHUB™ solution is a comprehensive digital solution implying different technologies and expertise’s:

  • data capture systems - Metrology
  • data transmission systems – Information Technologies (IT)
  • data processing and storage - Data management
  • data analysis and visualization – Data science
  • The HEALTHHUB™ solution dedicated to infrastructure assets (track, catenary, 3rd rail…) is meeting a significative growth with many projects around the world. To ensure the service performance of all the projects, the HEALTHHUB™ Infrastructure team is looking for Project Manager having a project management experience with various stakeholders, and if possible, in the rail industry.

    Role:

    The Subsystem Project Manager is responsible of the QCD (Quality Cost Delay) objectives of the projects. The main tasks will be to achieve:

  • The integration design of infrastructure measuring and inspection systems on passenger trains in collaboration with train design team.
  • The sourcing and manufacturing supervision of infrastructure measuring and inspection systems
  • The installation, testing and commissioning supervision of infrastructure measuring and inspection systems on trains within rolling stock projects standards and transverse requirements
  • The measurements specifications and validation
  • The design, supervision and testing of data transmission, processing, storage, analysis and visualization
  • Missions:

    Quality Management:

  • Define the HealthHub Infrastructure project technical and contractual specifications in accordance with Customer requirements, Contract documentation and Alstom units’ constraints
  • Lead and coordinate the supplier data capture systems integration engineering, manufacturing, FAT, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning deliverables
  • Coordinate the data architecture deployment with the supplier, Alstom units and IT
  • Coordinate the data visualization and reporting with the supplier and other HealthHub units
  • Control and validate the quality and performance of data capture systems, data architecture, data visualization and reporting at each project milestones
  • Cost Management:

  • Define the HealthHub Infrastructure project cost in accordance with to the tender cost proposal and with the scope of work validated with the Customer
  • Prepare the internal purchase order to the HealthHub Infrastructure unit and validate it with the Customer
  • Follow-up of the working hours and expenses on the project
  • Work closely with the Sourcing team to select a supplier within the initial supplier budget
  • Follow-up the purchase order agreement with the Sourcing team
  • Follow-up the supplier payment milestones
  • Planning Management:

  • Define the HealthHub Infrastructure project planning with other Alstom Units and Suppliers
  • Ensure that the project milestones are achieved on time by leading various units and suppliers
  • Provide monthly progress reports
  • Educational requirements:

    MASTER degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent

    Technical knowledge / experience:

    5 years of experience in Engineering, Project management or equivalent

    Previous experience in managing supplier relationship / integrating complex subsystems

    Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) 

    An experience in metrology, information technologies or data management is a plus.

    Knowledge of new digital technologies and services is also a plus.

    Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies:

    Fluent in English

    Teamwork and good interpersonal skills (Frequent contacts with senior management level)

    Ability to animate a multifunctional team

    Rigorous and ability to deal with different projects and missions
