Our French speaking region has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Project Manager Technical Consulting to join a close knit team - you’d be client facing and work with end customers and partners, driving successful delivery of Nuance’s cutting edge AI and cloud based products such as Dragon Medical One, Dragon Medical Direct and Dragon Medical SpeechKit to the French market. You’ll be responsible for a mix of project management, system deployment, end-user training and partner related services such as product trainings and optimization visits.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of businessOR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
Responsibilities
Additionally, this role will facilitate proper management and resolution of technical support incidents by working together with Support personnel. By maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, you will gain an understanding of the French market and will identify customer’s needs, their goals, and convey them to Product and Sales Managers. This is a challenging role that requires ability to apply excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, great client facing and client support skills, and excellent knowledge of French language.
The role will work together with our local sales team and be part of the regional Customer Success Organization in France. Travel of up to 50% (mostly within France and Belgium) will be required eventually.
