We are looking for a digital project manager to join our team!
Your mission
As a digital learning project manager, you take an active role in the digital team within the corporate University, Faurecia University.
• You manage the development of digital courses and digital learning paths for a portfolio of internal clients (Faurecia Businesses and Functions)
• You participate in the development and marketing of our digital learning platform, reaching our , employees across the globe
• You work with Faurecia regional HR to support local translation and adoption of the platform, in our 30+ countries
• You manage relationships with our Edtech partner for production, user database management, innovation and new features deployment, problem solving
• You work on data and analytics to monitor the performance of the platform and constantly improve usage
• You help manage the team P&L and reach budget objectives
• You spot interesting innovation on the digital learning market and look for internal use cases
You manage the full value chain of your projects (sale, design, production, quality check, launch, marketing, continuous improvement).
You manage your network of stakeholders to get projects done: internal subject matter experts of all levels, HR, content and tech teams of our external partner, external contributors…
Your profile
• You graduated from a master, and already got successful experience in the digital learning field
• You have a strong background for project management • You have a real taste and expertise for (learning) content development: you know how to craft convincing messages
• You are familiar with digital technologies and platforms, technical challenges, data…
• You have strong skills in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders of various levels
• You’re proactive, adapt rapidly, show great client-focus with a view to delivering projects rapidly and efficiently
Your English is native or totally fluent: daily interactions and content you’ll be working on will be in English
