THE ROLE
The Paris Content Hub Project Manager responsibilities include:
Coordinate briefs between brands, Markets and Content Hub team.
Develop detailed plans for content projects, identifying milestones, resource requirements and deadlines.
Ensure effective coordination of the various project phases, from conception to publication.
Work closely with content creation, marketing, and communications teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure mutual understanding of needs and expectations.
Manage all the logistical and administrative aspects (such as budgets and contracts follow-up) related to the execution of these projects.
Participate in the shoots alongside the creative team to support their requests and ensure the smooth running of the shoot considering all the requirements of the Brand Team.
Allocate the resources needed for each project, considering the skills required and the workloads of team members.
Implement quality control processes to ensure content meets established standards and target audience expectations.
Conduct regular reviews/audits to ensure that content meets brand guidelines and project objectives.
Closely monitor deadlines for each project and take proactive measures to resolve potential problems that could affect on-time delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have 6-8 year's experiences as Paris Content Hub Project Manager or Brand Content Manager in leading beauty company/group or as Account Manager in agency:
Deep knowledge and understanding of e-commerce & social landscapes
Knowledge of 360° initiatives including digital, social (incl. platforms such as Instagram and TikTok), influence, advocacy, E-commerce/E-retail and physical retail, dedicated to the European Market
Rigorous, autonomous, organized, strong spirit of analysis and synthesis
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of delivering strong results by working both independently and in collaboration with global teams as appropriate.
Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty and luxury industries
You thrive in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent project management skills.
In-depth understanding of content and its impact on business objectives.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of best practices in content creation and marketing.
Fluent in English, which is the working language, Chinese is a +.
Having an interest in AI is a plus.
