About Us:  Prague is one of the most beautiful European cities as well as the cultural and economic heart of Central Europe. Almost 135 QuidelOrtho employees are supporting the following functions within EMEA Shared Services: Customer Service and Finance team, People & Culture and GIS team. We are located in an attractive part of Prague, very close to the city center. The modern newly renovated building creates a flexible environment that contributes to employee work-life balance.

Your New Role:  Mulesoft Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality modern data solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Projects may range from short-term sprints to multiyear delivery engagements with large, blended teams.

Responsibilities:

Integration Solution Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft integration solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Create and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and integration across systems.

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership in MuleSoft development and integration best practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

  • API Design and Documentation:

  • Design RESTful APIs that adhere to industry best practices and standards.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, integration flows, and data mappings.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans.

  • Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations in a timely manner.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve integration-related incidents.

  • The Individual:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a MuleSoft Developer or Integration Engineer.

  • In-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, data mapping, and integration patterns.

  • Strong programming skills in Java and experience with MuleSoft development tools.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • MuleSoft Certification(s).

  • Experience with other integration platforms and technologies.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD.
