LVMH Beauty Tech - Distribution Project Manager
Our Context
LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.
We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model.
In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation.
We are looking for a Distribution Project Manager based in Neuilly.
Our context
Within the CORE Back End Platforms Centre of Expertise, you will be in charge the implementation of IT solutions covering the functional needs of Maisons for the Order to Bill domain.
You will lead and design projects such as subsidiary opening, warehouse integration and distribution of omnichannel flow based on SAP.
Your Impact
Your main missions will be:
Drive IT solution implementation projects for the Order to Bill domain across the distribution perimeter for multiple Maisons;
Supervise allocated resources (internal and external) on both the project and TMA parts;
Define enhancements, write functional specifications, configure and test processes on SAP;
Conduct scoping and/or optimization studies and verify adequation with business needs,
Ensure overall consistency of the solution and its integration with other functional areas, liaising with Architecture and Integration experts,
Participate in the implementation of cross-functional (cross-domain) projects to deploy solutions, new processes, new functionalities or optimization;
Ensure the operational maintenance of IT applications, either directly or by managing partners (management or TMA);
Participate in Order To Bill and Core Back End Platforms department reporting (budget, KPIs, etc.).
Your Profile
10+ years of experience as SAP SD Expert
Knowledge of SAP logistics integration with other modules (e.g., MM, FI) is a plus
Proven experience on leading SAP SD projects with proactivity, ideally within retail or related industries
You are team oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and know how to adapt and interact efficiently with different stakeholders in an international and matrix environment.
You have excellent communication skills, in both English and in French.
This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
