Your Tasks

• Participate actively in both execution and origination phases
• Assist in crafting pitch presentations, teasers, and information memoranda
• Produce integrated financial models and undertake comprehensive financial analyses
• Conduct company valuations to inform decision-making
• Provide support on rigorous due diligence activities
• Foster and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs and financial sponsors
• Support and assist in industry, company, and competition analyses
• Play a supportive role in initiatives related to the establishment of the Paris office, under guidance from senior team members

Your profile

• Pursuing or have completed a degree in management, finance, or a related field from a prestigious university, business school, or engineering school
• Possess initial experience from former internships in areas such as sales or business development, strategy consulting, or a dynamic corporate finance setting
• Possess outstanding financial expertise, complemented by exemplary communication abilities and a confident demeanor
• Exhibit strong team collaboration skills and thrive in collaborative environments
• Demonstrate an advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and either French or German; proficiency in all three is highly desirable
• Ready to commit to a minimum of 4 months and open to working in either Paris or Berlin
