IT Sourcing & Performance Manager
Key responsibilities
The IT Sourcing and Performance Manager steers and controls the relationship and delivery of our external IT suppliers. In close collaboration with the IT contract management and the IT Economics teams, this new colleague will be responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing operations.
Through wthis role, you will focus mainly on below activities:
Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending.
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking in close collaboration with IT Economics team.
Manages the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract Change from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals.
Determine, steer and control the performance of the suppliers in terms of quality and stability of deliveries.
Provide a structured process, rules of engagement and end-to-end support for AzP supplier landscape.
What you bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practitioner of IT delivery in a multi-national company or as an IT Provider in such environment.
Proven track record of working in a IT Service Management, performance and stability environment.
Ablility to interact with other business departments based on a deep understanding of business needs.
Deep understanding of a global IT startegy.
Knowledge and understanding of IT performance measurement.
Expertise to utilize third parties embedded in the overall IT Strategy.
Proven track record to realize benefits in multi year contracts.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
