IT Manager - CDI - F/H/X

JOB DESCRIPTION

Today we're looking for an IT Manager who will join our team Adot, a subsidiary of Veepee that offers a marketing suite for brand support throughout the customer journey, from identification to customer analysis and advertising activation. With Veepee's exclusive data and its numerous proprietary solutions, Adot improves the effectiveness of brand advertising campaigns while enabling them to have a better understanding of their consumers.
As an IT Manager you will lead the teams to deliver results in a sustainable manner. Your team will be composed of different types of profiles, such as, developers, QAs or UX designers. You will work closely with the Business department and the Product Owner.

TASKS

  • To give meaning to the team adopting the right management methods according to the team needs;
  • To develop the team without doing micromanagement;
  • To build your team with the right competences and the right spirit;
  • To share company information & spread out team activity;
  • To define and run a clear and relevant organization within the team;
  • Challenge the team estimation and ensure the roadmap deliveries;

    • MUST HAVE skills

  •  Empathetic and open-minded
  • You're not afraid of taking risk for your team and making tough decisions;
  • Client and user-oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;
  • Dynamic and able to communicate easily within your team and across the company;
  • Broad understanding of IT technologies;
  • Good knowledge of Agile principles;
  • Good English skills to interact with a large multilingual environment.

  • Previous experience in AdTech or Media industry 
  • At ease with distributed organization
