Role and Responsibilities :
You will be part of the GTS infrastructure Quality Services team (iQS). You will mainly support the implementation and the follow up of the Lifecycle Management (LCM) process with the support of LCM Team Lead.
The LCM process aims to deploy and monitor the framework to keep all IT Products used in Euroclear within vendors support and as such reduce the overall risk profile of the Company.
Your primary objectives are to:
Support Application Owners in the follow up of the lifecycle of the IT products supporting their applications
Support IT Asset Owners in the follow up of the lifecycle of their IT products
Facilitate the implement of the LCM process within Euroclear (Communication, training & support)
Produce and publish reports to support the Lifecycle Management process at different level (Applications Owners, IT Asset Owners and Management)
Analyse data and reports to identify insights and define actions.
Follow up the different risks and actions plan related to the Lifecycle Management process
Maintain, with the support of the IT Assets owners, an up-to-date version of the products catalogue (including the different of the products used in Euroclear, the end of support dates and a view on the deployment of new versions)
Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvements to the process continuously
Support the organisation in case of audits related to IT Software Management process
Required Qualifications :
Very good knowledge of Excel and ability to build complex reports
Ability to analyse data and reports to define relevant insights and actions
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
Knowledge and experience working with a CMDB is a plus
Knowledge of ITSM tools, ServiceNow is a plus
Soft Skills required
Able to work in a structured manner and be goal-oriented /solution-oriented.
Ability to work transversally (from applications to Infrastructure and CISO teams)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish and maintain trust with our stakeholders (from operational teams to Management)
