You will join the Benefits & Engagement IT Financial Control Department and report to the Finance Director Benefits & Engagement. You will also have a strong functional link with the Benefits & Engagement IT Director.
In your mission, you will be the key point of contact between Group, Business Line, country CFOs and IT Controlling teams for Benefits & Engagement in all IT financial related topics. You will support the Benefit & Engagement Regional IT Directors in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews, Quarterly Tech Business Reviews, Budget, Forecast, 3 year strategic plan.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
Monitor central IT and Edenred + budget under the responsibility of Benefits & Engagement IT & Product Directors ;
Foster link between Group, Business Line and the business units on all IT financial matters, including Global Technology budget follow up ;
Key role on new initiatives launched by the Group : IT Reporting, IT KPIS, Time Tracking tool
Support the Benefits & Engagement IT Director to prepare Quarter Tech Business Review, budget presentation, 3Y Strat Plan and all meetings within Benefits & Engagement Business Line;
Participate to Benefits & Engagement IT executive committee and support regional IT directors on financial topics ;
Ensure quality of financial information on IT costs including CAPEX IT and ensure compliance with group standard rules ;
Participate to ad hoc analysis for Benefits & Engagement Business Line;
YOUR PROFILE :
You have a Masters’ Degree and a good knowledge of IFRS norms, accounting and IT tools.
You have around six to ten years of experience and have developed strong finance skills.
You have demonstrated:
Analytical and IT controlling skills
Good communication skills
An understanding of our operational business
Capacity to evolve in matrix environment
Languages: French and English

10% of international travel (short-term travel of 2-3 days each)
