Secondly,  in this specific position, it will be important for you to demonstrate

  • + years of overall IT experience; and at least years of experience focused on IT endpoint devices (PCs, Macs, and mobile devices – a familiarity with industrial devices is an advantage)
  • Demonstrable experience with endpoint architecture in a large organisation
  • Advanced understanding of automated deployment services and provisioning processes, using Modern Endpoint Management solutions
  • Demonstrable experience working with (certification is an advantage):Microsoft technologies like MECM and IntuneTanium (TCA certification is a plus)
  • Other technologies include:System build creation, endpoint management including application remediation, packaging, and distributionSCCM administration (collection groups, packaging, troubleshooting)Enterprise-level components such as servers, networking, and other related cloud technologiesUnderstanding of hardware integration

    We're looking for a talented Endpoint Architect to join our European Modern Workplace Team within IT Infrastructure. 

    You'll be responsible for all IT endpoint devices, alongside a team of technical external experts, and work closely with our global colleagues defining and designing solutions to support our devices across the business. 

    Our focus is to deliver the best possible end-user experience in a secure and reliable manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining, designing, implementing, and supporting a modern endpoint management strategy at the European level, across L’Oréal environments.
  • Analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of designs while demonstrating and applying knowledge of enterprise endpoint architecture and standards.
  • Continuously improving the user-experience by finding opportunities to evolve processes & services with an emphasis on quality, performance, security, and stability.
  • Delivering lifecycle management solutions that apply to a wide range of devices.
  • Developing testing scenarios and procedures to ensure the environment remains stable and performant.
  • Researching innovative technologies for improving the capabilities of endpoint devices.
  • Building out technical documentation for the implementation and interactions of integrated solutions.
  • Delivering presentations on technical solutions.
  • Collecting meaningful metrics and building reports to quantify the effectiveness of proposed strategies.
  • Developing solutions to enhance endpoint monitoring and proactively remediate any issues that impact end-user experience, security, and productivity.
  • Working closely with the Global Endpoint Team and other regional teams.
  • Providing rd level support on all existing endpoint-related perimeters.
  • Providing technical direction to operational teams in Europe countries.

    · Driving  the IT Transformation Program within Europe zone IT, in alignment with Beauty Tech strategicframe as well as collaborating with Group CIO Office & Transformation team

    · Managing  Europe zone IT Projects & Products Portfolio in accordance with L’Oréal governance 

    · Optimizing , harmonizing, and standardizing added value-driven processes to reach operational excellence 

    · Contributing  to One IT communityand Sustainability & Diversity in Tech
