You join our team looking for an SRI Project Manager, for a 6-month internship from January .
Within the Funds and Mandates Division, the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) Division is responsible for AEW’s SRI policy, the funds' SRI strategy, the development of operational tools, Monitoring compliance with SRI procedures and investor reporting.
This directorate manages all the relationships with AEW’s institutional clients. It manages the strategy and management of the Funds and Mandates. She is in charge of the development of AEW’s business. Within this framework, managers are responsible for several funds and mandates that have integrated SRI criteria. This directorate is in contact with the various European offices.
As such, your main tasks will be to:
1) Operational management
Strategic Management: Monitoring compliance with ESG strategies of real estate funds Implementation of SRI management procedures for Asset Management and Investment, institutional and general public Implementation of methodological tools, standard documents and digital tools to enable compliance with SRI procedures Monitoring compliance with ISR management procedures Monitoring indicators on SRI funds Contribution to tenders on ESG aspects Management of innovative projects: biodiversity, renewable energies, health, waste, food waste, circular economy, etc.
Acquisition and Asset Management: ISR assessment of assets at acquisition Exemplary operations and testing of technological innovations in conjunction with the Asset Management teams and the Technical and Sustainable Development Department, certifications, ENR, health, IAQ, biodiversity, charging stations, etc. Intervention on new operations and work with promoters to implement innovative solutions and exemplary operations Monitoring asset improvement plans on SRI funds
Reporting Implementation of automation tools for data collection and reporting Periodic SRI reporting to investors according to contractual provisions Annual portfolio carbon footprint calculation and reporting to investors
Training and Communication Watch over technological innovations in SD/SRI
Regulatory watch on the ISR Responses to international evaluations of SRI funds Training in ISR operational practices for internal teams
2) Representation
Participation in spot groups on SRI, SRI label, green finance, etc.
Communication and marketing of SRI actions carried out
3) Corporate management
Monitoring and communication on SRI policy
Monitoring of global indicators
Participation in responses to AEW international assessments
Participation in shareholder reports on ESG shares
Contribution to tenders on ESG aspects
Support for European teams on SRI topics

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
