Digital Product Manager

What will this role offer you ?  

The Product Manager Operations is part of the Digital Europe team and will be fully dedicated to the development of My Boutique App, our leading 3 Divisions application for Retail in Europe.

You will be at the intersection of business strategy and technology, responsible for translating Operations user need into new tech assets while managing expectations and efficiency.

You will also help ensure our tech developments achieve the expected impact with users in Europe. “Build right Product, Build Product right” will be your mission.

You will lead the development of a “North Star” Operations product vision in collaboration with our leadership team, develop and prioritize a multi-year roadmap to achieve this, create a single user feedback view across various divisions, and translate this into a unified Operations backlog.

As product Manager, you will be proficient in all aspects of the tech agile deliverables, including wireframes, design, user stories, backlog, release management, security requirements & reviews, prioritization, monitoring/tracking, and go-to-market strategies.

As part of the Operations squad you will be working closely with the dedicated Product Owners, User researchers and designers. You will be reporting to the Product Lead in charge of the full MyBoutiqueApp scope. You will also be working closely with the Clienteling Squad in order to share best product Management practices and ensure consistency in the full user journeys.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defining a vision for your product and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Understanding and representing user needs.
  • Creating an Operations product roadmap based on user feedback, requirements from users, internal clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitoring the market, implementing a competitive benchmark and developing competitive analyses in order to develop the best in class application
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
  • Coordinating with user researcher, designers, product owners and other members of the development team to ensure product development matches user needs
  • Facilitating brainstorming sessions and design reviews with divisions stakeholders to gather input on new features
  • Communicating with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure they have the information they need to make the right decisions
  • Reviewing customer feedback and data to determine potential improvements to existing features
  • Working with divisions teams to gather requirements for new features and products
  • Ensuring that all features are aligned with divisions’ goals and objectives
  • Building personae and updating them along the life of the product
  • Building the experience map and the Storymap related to your scope
  • Mapping user journeys and buyer (Divisions) journeys
  • Defining the right KPIs such as NPS to monitor the performance of the application and analyzing user data to determine which features will resonate most with target audiences
  • Running all user research tests in collaboration with user researchers.
  • Acting as a liaison between divisions and Product Owners by providing feedback on product design
  • Participate to the product Ceremonies when applicable.
  • KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Basic Product Management Knowledge, a full training will be provided when joining the team
  • Ideally 7/8+ years of product development experience in agile environments
  • Strong leadership and team organization skills
  • Proven record of managing complex work, involving various work streams, with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity, while keeping a focus on strategic outcomes; ability to ‘put things into perspective’ for team and stakeholders
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with senior leaders, and thought partner with business teams
  • Influencing skills that drive alignment with a breadth of stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
  • Skilled at leading divergent problem-solving sessions enabling healthy debate between diverse views, but then bringing the thinking together on priorities and path forward
  • Ideally mastery of wide range of product management and design thinking techniques and tools such as customer journey maps, blueprints, vision workshops, roadmaps
  • Keen sense of empathy with the user, and champion of user-centric design
  • Growth mindset, always looking to improve self, work of the team and adapt to the culture of the organization
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) that reflect structured, clear, and objective thinking
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences to enable business outcomes through technology
  • Proficiency in English is a must have (European Scope)
  • Permanent position based in Paris.
