Customer Relationship Project Manager - apprenticeship [F/M/X]

Job description

As a CRM Transformation Manager, you will be a key player in the formulation and execution of our CRM strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Framing : With the support of the Director of CRM Transformation and the collaboration of business teams, establish the strategic vision and carry out an assessment of the current state (as-is assessment).
  • Documentation : Throughout the conduct of the program, create and update the reference documentation necessary to conduct the work and effectively communicate the CRM vision and objectives throughout the organization.
  • Animation of Workshops: Organize and lead workshops with business stakeholders to co-create the strategic vision and make collaborative decisions.
  • Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute and monitor the work and activities of the transformation program. Being able to use Generative AI tools at the right time to be more productive and efficient in the conduct of different work (synthesis, audit, etc.).
  • RFI/RFP process: Participate in the writing and management of the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for the selection of the most suitable CRM solutions and partners.
  • Support for the Delivery of Innovative Use Cases: Framework and then manage the development and implementation of innovative business use cases, ensuring that CRM solutions are aligned with business needs and generate added value.
  • Deployment and Adoption: Supervise the deployment of CRM solutions and encourage their adoption by business teams, ensuring rigorous monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver training to optimize the use of CRM systems by end users.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to extract strategic insights, influence decisions and measure the impact of CRM initiatives.

Profile Requirement

  • Your previous missions allow you to be autonomous in project management, to prepare and lead workshops, and to formalize quality presentations.
  • You have developed solid knowledge in managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of the challenges of the consulting profession, digital marketing and data is a real plus.
  • You are not afraid of tackling new and sometimes complex subjects.
  • You are familiar with the profound revolution brought about by the development of AI, and are yourself a user of Generative AI technologies.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and very good oral and written presentation skills.
  • You are good at producing power point presentations (content and form).
  • You have a strong analytical and synthesis mind.
  • You speak English fluently both orally and in writing.
  • Mastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day to day activity.
