Fashion is the Brand's original activity. Two Haute Couture collections, six seasonal Ready-to-Wear and accessories collections and two sportswear and lifestyle-inspired capsule collections - Coco Beach and Coco Neige - offer a style that captures the spirit of the times and is part of women's everyday lives. A silhouette in motion and accessories are an essential part of the CHANEL allure and the Brand's timeless codes, immediately identifiable, imagined by Gabrielle Chanel and now interpreted by Virginie Viard.
Within the Global Fashion Division Image Department and the Celebrities Service and reporting to the VIP Strategy & Influence Director, you will be responsible for transvsersally consolidating and monitoring the Celebrities & Cinema Relations budget in all its different components.
You will also work on improving the efficiency of various specific process and tools related to VIP benefits.
As such, your main responsibilities will be articulated around the following dimensions:
- Build, consolidate and monitor transversally the Celebrities & Cinema budget forecast, in particular for events, T&A, contracts, activations, operational expenses, custom clothes, free-lance/consultants and others, in constant partnership with all your team members and with Finance.
- Be responsible to constantly monitor the impacts of the Image projects (Shows, events, etc.) including Celebrities on the VIP budgets.
- Follow the dotations, discounts, giftings and collection buys for our Ambassadors, in close relationship with the boutiques
- Propose improvements on the process & tools for buys tracking and other benefits, in order to develop their efficiency and facilitate the comprehension of the guidelines.
