Your Job
This role entails training and guiding customers in effectively utilizing the service, managing a dedicated customer portfolio, and actively listening to and addressing customer needs.
- Lead project management and ensure smooth onboarding processes (from contract signing, through the 30-day trial period, to handover to Customer Success Managers).
- Generate detailed progress reports to highlight product performance at publishers and produce tracking reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, integration, CSM) to ensure the success of each onboarding, demonstrating proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients until the adoption of Sparteo's solutions.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to Customer Success Managers upon successful completion of the trial period.

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills ( Proficiency in French, along with full proficiency in English (C1 level required), plus if spanish or Italian)
