Job description:

Reports to the Head of International Visual Merchandising.

Main missions:

Within the International VM department, the International VM Excellence Project Manager:

- Supports local VM Managers in their daily tasks through Golden Rules and daily contacts.

- Guarantees zoning and product layouts for store openings and oversees the integration of new products in existing stores for each product launch.

- Follows and validates zoning for International Events.

- Manages VM tools offer and develop supports when needed (including supports for High Jewelry Collections)

Responsibilities:

International VM excellence: You will be responsible for making sure your markets create and maintain qualitative displays that will engage customers and help stimulate sales, while always protecting the image of the brand.

Job activities:

  • VM excellence:

    • - Through Support: in all the stores around the world (existing or new) with suitable supports, controlled zoning, structured planograms and supervised and trained local teams.

    - Through Control: Monitor the Visual Merchandising of the boutiques, via Yoobic, photo reports and regular visits, ensuring guidelines are followed, and VM standards are met and exceeded.

  • Novelties & High Jewelry VM develop and implement the right supports and right zonings for all novelties including 2 High Jewelry collections per year.
  • International Client Events: follow and validate local zoning according to Golden Rules for all local High Jewelry Events
  • Golden Rules: Supports markets in understanding, appropriation and perfect application of the Golden Rules, understands local or ad hoc adaptation needs. Adapts these Golden Rules on a yearly basis.

    • Profile:

    - Great interpersonal and listening skills (preferring calls to emails)

    - Strong Retail vision

    - Feel Comfortable in Retail stores and with commercial teams

    - Very well mastered oral English

    - Structured mind

    - Project management and agility

    - Capacity to work with transversal teams

    - Team spirit

    - SketchUp / Photoshop / Illustrator
