Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité

Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :
D'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,
De massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en oeuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

As Air Liquide Healthcare TechCARE Roll-out IT Project Manager, you will BE joining a collaborative team working alongside Business and IT departments to manage the local roll-out of the TechCARE Core Solution in the 26 Air Liquide HHC affiliates across the world, starting with Netherlands, UK/Ireland and Austria.

Rolling-out TechCARE means implementing locally, together with the Business Project Manager, TechCARE Core Process Model and TechCARE Core Solution made of
Salesforce for the Sales, Customer Service & Field Service activities
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Supply Chain, Billing, Procurement & Finance

Depending on local context, other elements of the TechCARE Core Solution may also BE part of the project, such as Patient / Prescriber Portals, IoT Platform and Data Platform.

In each project, you will work in collaboration with a Business Project Manager (in charge of managing the Business Scope of the solution) and a Local Deployment Project Manager (in charge of managing all the local business aspects of roll-out, such as data cleaning, UAT, training).

Depending on the size of the HHC affiliate and the project complexity, you will directly manage several persons, typically :
Salesforce Solution Owner
D365 Solution Owner
A Data Migration & Integration Leader
A Test Leader

Through the Salesforce Solution Owner and the D365 Solution Owner, you will interact tightly with the TechCARE Product Factories based in Paris, producing the Salesforce, D365 and other solutions.

Responsibilities
Together with the Business Project Manager consolidate project scope, objectives and delivery strategy
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to deliver this scope, plan for resources needed and make sure with TechCARE Factory teams that enough capacity is planned for the project
Consolidate budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Manage Governance : consolidate an overall project plan (scope, planning, resources, cost), and provide regular project updates on its execution to a Steering Committee
Deliver project as planned, working with Salesforce Team, D365 team, Integration team, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Together with the Local Deployment Lead, anticipate actions on data cleaning, UAT, user training, cutover
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Measure project performance (define the right KPI) to identify areas for improvements
Monitor project risks and propose mitigation
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution (special focus on IT tests, cutover plan, data migration activities)

Qualifications expected-
Min 10 years of IT project management and related experience with proven experience of complex IT project management through the full life cycle (preferably ERP + CRM implementation experience) - Salesforce / D365 F&O experience is a plus but not required
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices - Project management in Jira is a plus but not required
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Results orientation, hands-on, pragmatic
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to ensure the team motivation, work in cross-functional teams and maintain a good relationship with the business stakeholders.
Calm, capacity to convince and reassure
Familiar and at ease with agile methodology as well as with ERP project methodology
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Travels / Remote Work-
Traveling to Air Liquide Healthcare European affiliates (NL or UK or Austria) every 2 to 4 weeks depending on the project phase

When not traveling, at least 2 or 3 days per week of physical presence in Air Liquide Healthcare Paris Offices (in Bagneux) are required, the other days can BE worked from home.
