**Job Summary**

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the unique needs of our service provider and global system integrator customers. You will work with their teams and their final customers to identify challenges, and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, adapting your communication style to their specific needs and motivations. Beyond supporting initial technical discussions, you will take ownership of designing and delivering comprehensive solutions that align with customer goals and NetApp's portfolio.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Serve as thetechnical authorityin customer engagements, ensuring a credible and impactful presence throughout the sales cycle.
* Act as aTrusted Advisor, guiding customers through complex technical decisions and long-term architectural strategies.
* Assess and analyze customers'current IT environments, including cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, networks, applications, Kubernetes and AI projects.
* Design and delivercustomized solution architecturesthat align with customer transformation goals, business priorities, and NetApp's capabilities.
* Present technical solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives, clearly articulating the value and rationale behind the proposed designs.
* Collaborate closely with theClient Executiveto ensure a unified and strategic approach to account management and customer success.
* Address complex technical inquiries with confidence, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality execution.
* Support the full sales cycle by aligning technical solutions with customer roadmaps, leveraging NetApp's portfolio to drive value and innovation.

**Job Requirements**

* Strong interest inemerging IT trendsand technologies, including public and hybrid clouds, containerization, DevOps practices, and artificial intelligence.
* A passion for advising customers on theirdigital transformation journey, with a focus on co-creating innovative solutions.
* Analytical mindset with a creative andteam-oriented approachto problem-solving.
* Solid technical knowledge in areas such asenterprise/cloud computing, virtualization, storage, backup, and high availability solutions.
* Familiarity withNetApp technologiesis a strong plus.
* A degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
* Excellent communication skills inFrench and English, both written and verbal.
* Previous professional experience managingtechnical relationships with partners, particularly within the service provider and global system integrator segments.
* Demonstrated ability toself-learnand quickly acquire new technical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and development.
* Experience working in aninclusive team environmentwhere field experience and expertise are highly shared, fostering a collaborative and interactive culture.
