We are looking for a/an:
Knowledge Content Manager for QMS & Digital Tools/ERP (H/F)
Based in: Toulouse, FR or Bremen, GE or Madrid, SP.

Your mission
Under the responsibility of the Head of Quality, you:

Identify & collect the knowledge & content management needs for QMS & Digital tools/ERP across Testia Group
-
Define, plan and prioritize the production of multimedia contents to support the operations: instructions, procedures, tutorials, training, etc.

Propose appropriate and innovative multi-media concepts, while keeping the same tone and branding in all documents or medias and delivering contents compliant with applicable standards and rules

Design and produce these contents tailored to users, through workshops with the users, interface with software editors, IT teams, self-learning on the tools

Understand the functional needs to transform complex or operational information into simple, clear and engaging content

Organize and plan the dissemination of the contents by setting and conducting appropriate interactive sessions of awareness and trainings

Establish a Knowledge factory: organization, process, tools

Manage and control the access to the Knowledge Factory database: publication, update, removal of contents

Collect the users feedback, measure their satisfaction and propose improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge factory performance: contents, tools, access, dissemination, animation

Report on the knowledge factory deliveries and performance
Your skills
-
3 years’ higher education minimum, with a degree in communication, pedagogy, digital or in a technical field

Experience in drafting technical instruction, and procedure manuals, content of awareness and trainings, creating multimedia contents for technical purposes

Ability to learn, understand the functional use of IT tools and deliver appropriate clear and engaging contents

Creative and excellent English written and oral communication skills, meticulous and keen eye for detail

Interpersonal & teaching skills, ability to listen and adapt, teamwork spirit

Proficiency in computer applications, like Google Workspace, SageX3

Ability to work in autonomy, to plan, organize and control deliveries

Additional languages skills like French, Spanish and/or German beneficial
