TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE ITINERANT

Sous l’autorité du Technicien de maintenance, ou toute autre personne qui pourrait lui être substituée ou ajoutée, il aura la responsabilité de la sécurité et des performances opérationnelles de la flotte utilisées par World Fuel Aviation Services.

Les principales responsabilités comprennent :

Réaliser des travaux de maintenance préventive sur l'ensemble du parc véhicules.
Réaliser des travaux de maintenance curative sur l'ensemble du parc véhicules :

Assurer un reporting précis et rapide des incidents, accidents et quasi-accidents, conformément aux exigences commerciales du client et de l'entreprise.

S'assurer du respect des normes JIG / WFS/HSSE

Assure des inspections régulières des opérations conformément aux exigences JIG, Compagnie et HSSE.

S'assurer que la gestion des actifs est exploitée et entretenue conformément aux normes WFS et des autorités de réglementation.

Diagnostic, réparations en cours, inspection du véhicule, normes « Contrôle Technique ».

Entretien du pack de ravitaillement en carburant pour inclure les contrôleurs de pression, les tests de pression des flexibles, les changements de filtres, les changements de flexibles, les contrôles de verrouillage et de liaison, les vérifications du système hydraulique et les réparations

Profil et Expérience

Formation technique type Bac Pro ou BTS électrotechnique, mécanique, mécanique agricole, maintenance des systèmes industriels

Expérience en maintenance mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique et électrique.

Poste en itinérance

Permis B indispensable et permis poids lourds apprécié

ENG :

Plant & Vehicle Maintenance Technician

Under the authority of the Maintenance Technician, or any other person who may be substituted or added, he/she will be responsible for the safety and operational performance of the fleet used by World Fuel Aviation Services.

Main responsibilities include:

Carrying out preventive maintenance work on the entire vehicle fleet.
Carrying out corrective maintenance work on the entire vehicle fleet:
- Diagnostics.
- Various repairs
Replacement of spare parts.
Researching electrical and mechanical diagrams.
On-site adjustments and checks in accordance with WF Aviation Services standards.
Collaboration on system improvement projects. 
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of incidents, accidents and near misses, in line with customer and company business requirements.
Ensure compliance with JIG / WFS/HSSE standards.
Ensures regular inspections of operations in accordance with JIG, Company and HSSE requirements.
Ensure asset management is operated and maintained in accordance with WFS and regulatory standards.
Diagnostics, ongoing repairs, vehicle inspection, "Contrôle Technique" standards.
Fuel pack maintenance to include pressure monitors, hose pressure tests, filter changes, hose changes, lock and link checks, hydraulic system checks and repairs.

Profile and experience
Technical training (Bac Pro or BTS) in electrical engineering, mechanics, agricultural mechanics, industrial systems maintenance, etc. 
Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical maintenance.
Travelling position 
Driving licence required and HGV licence appreciated
