For our Nordson Adhesives Dispensing Systems facility in Serris France, we are looking for a Hotline Technician.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Hotline Technician you will be the first point of contact of our customer hotline, having phone contact on a daily base with customers, helping with troubleshooting, creating CRM tickets, being involved with inhouse repair and warranties. Your technical and communication skills will help you to build a trust environment with Technical team. Your time management skills will help you to organize the work, managing customer demand to help technicians in scheduling appointments for service and installation and schedule follow-up activities for our repair shop in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Next to cooperating with customers and Technical Team you also will collaborate with sales, help them with quotations, inform them about part numbers and inform them about system installations and service activities.

You will have regular contact with our subsidiaries in Europe and our Operations in Germany, The Nederland and USA.
