System Quality Engineer

The Angers site is part of the Visibility Systems Division (VIS). It develops high-performance and innovative lighting systems that support the driver and passengers in all weather conditions, day and night, and in their various activities on board the vehicle. We are looking for a System Quality Engineer M/F who will be responsible

Define the ASPICE roadmap for each project to achieve ASPICE compliance targets

Conduct audit for system development processes according to the Automotive SPICE standard

Report status and progress to site PG/Management and ASPICE manager

Identify main roadblocks and ensure the escalation process is effective in removing them

Avoid taking unnecessary risks for the project (design, process, quality, cost, deadlines)
Your challenges :
1- Manage Quality topics at the system level (ex : creation of system quality assurance plan )
2- Ensure the deployment of GSMART (ASPICE) and that Clean Project Management (CPM) are respected
3- Conduct product and process audits as defined in the project quality assurance plan.
Let's talk about you!
- Holder of Management / Engineering diploma (Engineer, Master) Generalist or Industrial Engineering, electronics,computer science, Quality or similar;
- Ideally at least 3/5 years of experience in the automotive industry;
- Professional experience in the field of projects, electronics or quality;
- Knowledge of the A-SPICE methodology is appreciated
- Recognized for your rigor, your leadership and your autonomy, you have evolved in an international environment which allows you to master English fluently.
