Responsibilities:

  • Lead the application of requirements management, test, and verification best practices in R&D projects.

  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge to implement and apply concepts in requirement engineering, risk management, and test management.

  • Drive manufacturing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Achieve and maintain DfSS certification or equivalent through practical experience.

  • Combine analytical and architectural thinking to provide innovative and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with project and business stakeholders, utilizing excellent consultancy skills.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of R&D projects.

About You:

  • You have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Software, System, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a business R&D environment.
  • You are all around System Engineer, an expert on Requirements Engineering and design.
  • Ideally, have experience working in a regulated environment or a medical device company.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of requirement engineering, risk management, and test management concepts.
  • Hold a DfSS certification or an equivalent qualification through experience.
