Dans ce contexte de transformation durable, et dans un environnement en pleine évolution, nous recrutons un(e) Analyste Sustainability, afin de renforcer notre capacité d’analyse et de reporting ESG.
Rattaché aux équipes Finance Corporate, vous aurez à cœur d’orchestrer et développer le reporting autour de la Sustainability pour l’Europe, en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe.
Votre impact chez CHANEL
Sous la responsabilité du Contrôleur de Gestion Sustainability, votre rôle s’articulera autour des missions suivantes :
Contribuer à l’orchestration du reporting ESG pour l’Europe
Accompagner l’ensemble des marchés dans la remontée des indicateurs ESG contribuant au reporting Sustainability du Groupe
Mettre en œuvre et suivre les actions pour piloter et améliorer la qualité des données reportées
Garantir la remontée des données en temps et qualité, en accompagnant les différents contributeurs
Préparer les analyses et présentations de synthèse pour l’Europe et les pays
Accompagner la mise en place des KPIs nécessaires dans le cadre des normes règlementaires de reporting ESG, notamment la directive européenne CSRD
En étroite relation avec l'équipe Sustainability Europe, définir et mettre en place les indicateurs pertinents pour assurer un suivi régulier de la performance des plans d'action ESG en Europe
Contribuer à développer la sensibilité à la performance ESG en Europe au travers d’actions de communication et d’acculturation à destination des équipes Europe dans leur ensemble.
Ce que vous apporterez
Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, en finance ou sustainability Sustainability (cabinet ou entreprise).
Vous êtes familier des problématiques relatives à la Sustainability et la mesure de la performance, et démontrez un attrait marqué pour ces sujets.
Vos compétences analytiques sont reconnues, ainsi que votre rigueur, et vous savez naviguer dans un environnement en constante évolution. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel, et avez une certaine appétence pour les systèmes d’information.
Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre capacité à travailler en réseau dans une organisation matricielle, vous êtes doté(e) d'un grand sens du service.
Un niveau d’anglais courant est requis.

In this context of sustainable transformation, and in a rapidly changing environment, we are looking to reinforce our team with a Sustainability Analyst. Integrated in the Corporate Finance teams, you will oversee orchestrating and developing the Sustainability reporting for the Europe Region, consistently with the Group strategy.
What impact you create at CHANEL
Reporting to the People & Sustainability Controller, your role will articulate around the following missions:
Orchestration of the ESG Reporting for Europe
Assist the markets in the ESG KPIs reporting to feed the Group consolidation
Implement and follow up action plans to improve the data quality
Ensure timely and qualitative reporting of sustainability data, supporting the contributor in the markets
Prepare analysis and presentations to Top Management
Support the implementation of new KPIs, in the context of the CSRD European Directive
In close partnership with the Europe Sustainability team, define and put in place adequate KPIs to ensure a relevant performance management of ESG action plans in Europe.
Assist in developing the awareness around Sustainability through communications and acculturation action towards all European teams.
What you will bring to the role
Graduated from a Business school or Engineering school, you demonstrate 5 years of experience in a similar function, in Finance or Sustainability.
You are familiar with Sustainability stakes as well as performance measurement and show a deep interest in those topics.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and rigour and are energized by working in a rapidly changing environment.
You are proficient in Excel and are at ease working with different systems.
Your social and interpersonal skills are recognized, as well as your ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple business partners, and you show great sense of service.
English and French proficiency is required.
