The Supply-Chain director is responsible for
designing the logistical organization (Set-up, storage, preparation, sustainable transport) to deliver the best service level agreed on the three pillars (PROS eg. cat & dog breeders / SPT eg. pet shops, groomers, pure players / VET eg. vet wholesalers & clinics) to develop the business, and the brand experience.
Being in charge of the demand & supply planning and order to cash processes.
Being the guarantor of the service provided to the customer and consumer with a view to continuous improvement (Lean management), the management of the quality system and the requirements of food safety.
Being responsible of all associates safety, quality, QMP compliance and sustainability for the market unit.

Into the Leadership team, the role holder will play a key role to provide a Mid/long term business strategy and to have proactive contribution by proposing innovative and effective solutions.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management and/or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of business experience including order management, customer service, supply chain, and/or sales.
3-5 years of experience managing teams
Fluent in French & English is necessary
Experience in Supply Chain International experience, transformation projects leadership, project management, continuous improvement (Lean)
