Strategic Project Manager - DACH market

Headcount Growth : July 2019 : 10July 2020 : 50July 2021 : 200July 2023 : +500Working closely with Agicap's cofounders, the German teams and reporting to Thomas, Head of Strategic Projects, you will have a key role in the growth of Agicap, and most specifically for the DACH market. Hereafter some examples of projects the team has worked on in the last year : - Business development : launch of new strategic markets, structure and manage the Customer Success team, structure and manage the Sales team - Customer Success : work with the Operational Teams on the improvement of our Operations processes - Go-to-market : explore and test new commercial strategies, explore and develop around new client personas - Product : work with the Product teams on priosisation of the roadmap and new features - For the DACH-market : support German Managers on the implementation of processes in Germany - Manage daily operational emergencies and intervene on all Agicap departments - Continuous improvement and working on processes in collaboration with operational teams

What we are looking for :

  • Graduated from an Engineering or Business school
  • Native or bilingual German Speaker, with a bilingual level of English. French is a plus.
  • A first experience of 1-3 years, ideally in strategy consulting or in a Saas scale-up environement
  • "DO-er" mindset, not afraid to get your hands dirty and keep very operational
  • Ideally a good knowledge/understanding of the Saas B2B ecosystem, and a real interest for financial topics for companies
  • Data and process-driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to adapt in a fast-pace and high-growth environment
