Who will you be working with?

As Strategic Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with Product Lines, Country Leaders, Government Relation managers, Communication Team, and other stakeholders. Your role involves driving marketing strategies across product lines and countries.

How will you make a difference?

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping marketing intelligence, performing market analysis, and capturing customer needs.

Your proactive approach to monitoring customer satisfaction and collaborating with various teams will contribute to the overall success of Wabtec Transit.

By supervising the implementation of marketing plans, coordinating with Product Lines, and ensuring effective communication strategies, you will play a pivotal role in driving order intake, market share, customer experience, and ROI.

We are seeking a candidate with:

Fluent in English, you should be customer-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

What will your typical day look like?

Your typical day involves driving market intelligence, performing market analysis, and supervising the implementation of marketing plans.

You will collaborate with various teams to capture customer needs, contribute to institutional lobbying activities, and coordinate competitor watch processes.

You will cooperate with Product Lines to develop value propositions and market pricing for targeted market opportunities.

You will contribute to identify opportunities for innovative offering by leveraging on digitalization, servitization and sustainability.

Your role also includes animating Product Lines and regional marketing communities, ensuring best practices sharing, and supporting the implementation of sales and marketing tools.
