Stockiste/Technicien Multitechnique

We are currently seeking

a Store person/mover to join our team based in Paris who will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintenance of inventory and daily tracking of stock levels in major stores.
  • Keep a record of furniture, accessories, and miscellaneous items provided for each property.
  • Ensure that all furniture items have identification numbers/barcodes.
  • Undertake the procurement process for furniture and miscellaneous items, including purchasing from stores, collection, and receiving in stores.
  • Reception and issuance of construction furniture to properties.
  • Removal and manual relocation of furniture from the store to assigned properties.
  • Receiving items in stores.
  • Cleaning properties and returning unnecessary items to the store.
  • Prepare all materials needed for technician`s task in advance.
  • Inform Staff residential manager and Facility manager in case of stock reducing.
  • Get quotes and order reduced items in stock at least 2 months in advance. 
  • Assist the movers.
  • Do moves, such as delivery of furniture, white goods, build and installing furniture up to the client requirements.
  • Manage stores by ensuring they are clean and organized.
  • Cross-disciplinary work as a multiskilled technician in building operations
  • Close cooperation with 6 direct colleagues in building services
  • Independent maintenance, repair and small assemblies
  • English and French language needed at a professional level.
  • Have a valid driving license.
  •  Subject to local security clearance.
  • To be flexible to work early hours occasionally to receive deliveries.
  • Be good on excel to prepare the furniture chart for auction in case of need for client.
  • You need to be open minded with at least 2 years of experience in moves and managing stocks.
  • You need to be able open to learn working on new applications and software.
