Software Development Engineer
What You'll Do:
CRITEO is looking for Senior Software Development Engineer to join his Product Engineering team in Paris.
Google's Privacy Sandbox proposals necessitate a fundamental shift in how Internet advertising is done. Criteo is at the forefront of testing and integrating with the various APIs
Your main missions:
Create high quality, maintainable code for our offline data pipelines that process terabytes of data and for online systems which serve billions of business-critical requests daily.
Work closely together with Product Managers to ensure compatibility of our existing business offerings in the Privacy Sandbox world.
In a team of 5-7, you will be working closely with your mentor to drive your project, design and ensure best practices are applied. You can ask questions and participate in all knowledge-sharing sessions/workshops, etc. You are encouraged to actively voice your ideas whilst learning how to build and ship quality code into production which will likely affect millions of users instantly.
Who You Are:
You have at least 5 years of experience with developing and extending large and complex systems.
Master in Computer science or engineering school or any relevant field
Familiar with this technical stack : Spark/ Hadoop/ Hive and relevant experience in Object Oriented Programming (Scala, C#, Python, C++, Java)
You are curious about innovative technologies, eventually leading personal subjects on the matter.
A can do attitude and the ability to work on problems by thinking positively and in a collaborative manner.
You worked in Agile environments and you are passionate about shipping high quality code!
Good level of English (at least B2 intermediate)
