SIMULIA Sales Director - A&D, Government Solutions
Role Description & Responsibilities
Our SIMULIA Sales team is looking for a Sales Director, focused on the Aerospace & Defense as well as Government Solutions industries. The location for this position is flexible. This is a remote position that will include travel.
The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a sales team to develop a sustainable business in the A&D and GS markets in North America.
- Manage a 5+ sales persons team to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction
- Mentor and lead transformation within the sales team to grow revenue
- Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage for territory
- Manage sales team to deliver an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives
- Ensure quota distribution
- Initiate and lead customer executive meetings to promise 3DS vision and demonstrate commitment to customer success
- Adopt and manage change management strategies
- Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution in accordance with internal policies / framework in line with customer engagement
- Foster and facilitate collaboration between sales team and Client ecosystem to ensure sales success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
- 10+ years’ experience in consultative simulation sales including forecasting, implementing strategies
- Sales Management experience in software sales required, in simulation preferred
- Experience in the A&D and/or GS Industries strongly preferred
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to Travel up to 30%
- Citizenship Required
