L’Oréal Tech Infrastructure team of + employees worldwide is proud to manage and secure the L’Oréal IT foundations, supporting L’Oréal Business in all dimensions and geographies. We deliver key services to L’Oréal People (Modern Workplace), Applications (Cloud Platforms) and Cybersecurity (Identity) while acting for L’Oréal for the Future ambition.
You’ll be the Infrastructure SDM dedicated to the Operations and Finance business domain. This scope covers all group factories, warehouses and fulfillment centers.
What a day in the life of the team looks like:
Become the primary interface at Infrastructure with Operations & Finance applications SDMs at Group level
Coordinate all Infrastructure SDMs in charge of technical delivery
Publish the Infrastructure service catalog
Monitor and report on SLAs & KPIs
You will be the named Infrastructure partner of key IT Business domain Ops & Fin for their service activities (handling service requests, change, incidents and problem management)
You will publish and maintain the Infrastructure service catalog for Ops & Fin domain. As such, you’ll also identify new services to be created.
You’ll define and manage the support services and supervise its functioning (KPIs, SLAs, performance) in collaboration with Technological domains SDMs and their MSPs (Network, Identity, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Endpoints, Helpdesk)
You will coordinate the different experts needed in order to deal with incidents and service requests from level and . As such, you’ll be the escalation contact on the Ops & Fin domain for Infrastructure services.
You’ll contribute to Major Incident Management, handling crisis and helping on the root cause identification with your knowledge of services delivered and business context

Strong Infrastructure background ( to years experience) , to ensure consistency of the service delivered
ITIL certification
Good communication skills, service and team spirit to federate people and bring solutions that will help the business
Previous experience on IT services within an operations/industries business (factories, supply chain,…) is a plus
