Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to elaborate on future midterm business plans including sales forecast
  • Product development, define and implement strategic and marketing plans in line with Company’s strategy.
  • Liaise with suppliers on molecule supply reliability and seek to achieve optimised costing
  • Continue to explore alternative sources to enhance ESM BCP
  • Maintain and Improve Product Management costing and sourcing database.
  • Preparation of sales monitoring & reporting; costing & marginal analysis; Business analysis including sales performance, profitability & market intelligence. 

    • Competencies and Profile

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing environment preferably Semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in statistics, data mining and analytical methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work in matrix reporting organisation
