This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Director of Engineering to join a successful and globally expanding Semiconductor IP company based in Paris.

Founded over two decades ago, our client has developed a fascinating chip-level technology that aids SoC design for a range of markets from automotive, to communications, consumer, to compute and industrial. They now seek a Senior Director of Engineering oversee the development and coordination of the product teams, to define and execute the product roadmap, and expand, train and develop team employees.

The Senior Director of Engineering will have:

• A seasoned background as an Engineering Manager within the Semiconductor space, with key expertise within SoC Design / Verification or CAD flow
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a successful track record of building and managing engineering teams
• In-depth understanding of RTL languages (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog / SystemC / Python)
• A good understanding of software engineering and architectural principles
• Strong language skills in both English and French
