The Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team has a strong cross-functional role in the Luxury & Lifestyle division, to support the brands, strengthen Accor’s positioning on this market and boost high margin revenue to the L&L hotels.
Description du poste
#1 Manage commercial tools and data quality
You will be a strategic driver of efficiency and continuous process improvement within the sales organization. You will work closely with the Directors of Sales of our team and hotels, to understand their needs, and design the right tools and processes.
Drive the development of our commercial toolkit for hotels (action plan, activities reporting, budget,…)
Develop new solutions to support hotels understanding of our activity and engagement in our global initiatives (markets-specific insights, best practices, strategic account referential,…)
Implement a new data-quality governance for the team, design the necessary KPIs in the CRM (Salesforce), and support the different team’s projects on data-quality related topics
#2 Drive the B2B distribution strategy & operations
You will oversee the B2B luxury dedicated rates loading and support strategy, drive consistency across all related projects and design appropriate distribution models to support business development initiatives across the team.
Oversee existing team rates for luxury travel partners, streamline support processes, and implement audit systems to ensure consistency.
Drive the creation of new rates that support the overall distribution strategy and oversee their successful rollout in the appropriate hotels and B2B channels.
Manage relationships between different distribution stakeholders within the group and Luxury & Lifestyle brands, to support B2B distribution's effectiveness.
#3 Support strategic projects management
Support the success of the team’s strategic projects such as the organization of Accor Luxury Advisory Board, B2B clients’ events and global tradeshows.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or related fields
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, project management or relevant fields
Organizational and analytical skills, rigor, and proactivity are necessary.
Solutions-focused mindset
Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Previous experience in the hospitality and/or luxury industry, a plus
Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus
