Sales Operations Analyst (French Speaking)
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This position will primarily focus on managing maintenance renewals and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Renewals Management:

Monitor and track maintenance contracts to ensure timely renewals.

Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to facilitate renewal processes.

Generate renewal quotes and proposals as needed.
Invoicing:

Process invoices accurately and efficiently.

Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance contracts, renewals, and invoices in the CRM system.

Update and manage customer information as needed.
About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

1-2 years experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
