We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This position will primarily focus on managing maintenance renewals and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Renewals Management:

• Monitor and track maintenance contracts to ensure timely renewals.

• Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to facilitate renewal processes.

• Generate renewal quotes and proposals as needed.

Invoicing:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.

• Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance contracts, renewals, and invoices in the CRM system.

• Update and manage customer information as needed.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• fluent in french and english

• 1-2 years experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
