Sales Director - Auberge du Jeu de Paume
The Sales Director will be responsible for the strategic development of the Sales department, contracting and prospecting of the B2B corporate and specific MICE as well as Leisure High End B2B & B2C target in France and internationally. Participation in the main trade shows in France and internationally.
Will be responsible to lead team and budget management, meeting and exceeding sales objectives and Customers' expectations, provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.
Diploma/Degree/Professional qualifications in Hotel Management;
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (background in luxury hotels and properties);
Great communication and negotiation skills;
Goal orientation, leadership and proactivity;
Fluent both in English and French.
