Position
The fast-growing business and new strategic challenges are creating new opportunities to foster and to rework our Supply Chain operation at Christion Dior Couture. We are implementing an ambitious transformations program for Supply Chain. This global program is shaping the future organization, staffing, processes, logistic footprint and systems.
We are looking for a Senior Project Leader who will proactively drive our IT challenges regarding our ERP transformations, powered by SAP S/4.
This transformation has been launched with the design of S/4 Hana core model for retail subsidiaries (pilot in progress in Hong Kong). This core-model will progressively support our distribution and finance operations for more than 200 stores, ~10 local distribution centers, 4 central distribution centers.
This business transformation is highly sponsored and visible by the executive board of our Maison (great exposure).
As SAP Senior project leader / Pole manager, you will be accountable of the core model implementation and deployment (MM/SD/retail)
You will be responsible of below assignments:
The position is based in Paris-La Defense and will require business trips.
Profile
With an engineering, business or university degree, you have 10 to 15 years' experience in implementing and managing ERP-type projects in an international context, and a good knowledge of supply chain and industrial fields in industry or the fashion world.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their knowledge of purchasing/production/sales processes and SAP-type ERP, their ability to manage cross-functional projects, their ability to analyze and summarize, and their leadership skills. He must be able to make proposals and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
He must have acquired significant experience in project management in an international context, and have managed external service providers.
