Finance Direction
FP&A Department
In a context of growth , the FP&A department creates a new position.
As Business Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for the Reporting Factory dedicated to finance community. You will have the responsibility of production, automation and improvement of financial reports used across the finance community.
You will be in charge of:
Preparation of standard templates used during closings and forecasting exercises at all levels of the organization (Country, Region, Business Line, Group…)
Ensure the exactitude and coherence of data provided by these templates.
Collaborate with different finance teams in order to assess their needs and develop & deploy new financial reports.
Adapt existing financial reports to changes within the organization as well as to new business requirements.
Continuous analysis and improvement of data quality by working with Financial Controllers.
Proactively improve financial reporting through new templates and processes.

PROFILE
Graduated in Finance (University, Management school), you have a working experience of 2-3 years in financial controlling or FP&A.
You possess strong finance & quantitative skills developed in previous positions. Prior Reporting experience in a listed company appreciated but not a must
You are a result-oriented, motivated individual with a passion for finance and a can-do attitude
You have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to navigate an international environment while interacting with teams of various backgrounds (corporate/ subsidiary within finance, IT,…)
You have experience in the implementation of change
You master Excel & PowerPoint and have experience with data visualization tools
You have full proficiency in both French and English
