MISSION : On tactical or operational horizon, coordinate the “Logistics S&OP” process from the manufacturing sources to the Customer in order to guarantee the load/capacity/cost balancing solutions to be implemented (storage, flows, transport).

In regional roles, the person will lead and provide support and guidance to all countries, work closely with countries to bring more operations efficiency and guarantee committed service level. The person will contribute to achieve our goal of create value and sustainability.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Defines and updates the distribution plan on the S&OP horizon and update the financial forecast.

  • Defines the solutions to be implemented in order to balance the load/capacities in terms of stocks, flows, transport and costs

  • Builds performance indicators

  • Ensures the treatment of alerts related to the annual budget undertakings.

  • Follows and updates the key process indicators and operational parameters

  • Contributes to or steer process performance, based on the framework set

  • Contributes to diagnostics and identification of areas for improvement

  • Supports operational teams in their continuous improvement process and share best practice to the team

  • Carries out the design, construction and contributes to the deployment of processes and tools, at the best cost/performance ratio to deliver the expected operability and value

  • Answers to the needs of customers and Business Operation teams within his/her scope, by deploying Group or Region projects and by implementing adaptations/evolutions of existing solutions in collaboration with the BSE and Business Operation teams

  • Provide support according to the business criticality and the service level defined for the process

  • Builds and deploys the data quality measurement process to support teams

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.

  • 3-5 years experience in Logistics Analyst

  • Experience in Logistics Project Management, Improvement Process Project

  • Strong analytical skill and decision-making skill

  • Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork

  • Fluent in English

  • Office : The 9th Tower (MRT Rama 9)
