The Role

Embrace a pivotal role within Worley's Project Delivery department, where precision meets innovation. Here, we orchestrate the execution of projects and meticulously craft proposals for new endeavors. From the inception of early studies to the comprehensive management of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPCm) projects, you'll be at the forefront of diverse and impactful initiatives.

What You'll Do

·Manage and coordinate multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction management activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

·Engage directly with the client to ensure a successful delivery of the project and continue to build the relationship.

·Proactively manage both internal as external stakeholders in the project.

·Ensure the project conforms to the agreed contract and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.

·Coordinate the review of technical data across multi-discipline and multi country engineering teams.

·Organize schedule and cost control.

·Actively drive Change, Claim and Risk Management

·Lead and support the preparation of offers for new projects.

About You

To be considered for this role, we seek new colleagues with:

·A degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on plant and process engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.

·Experience in management of engineering of process plants.

·Track record of successfully leading projects with CAPEX values over €25 million.

·Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 10 or more. Our business is all about people.
