Job Description
Developing and maintaining the existing managed IT infrastructure, including WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
Handling service requests.
Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
Diagnosing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN network.
Managing and administering computer network monitoring.
Creating documentation and procedures.
Providing technical support to development and business support teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies.
Practical knowledge of network security and VPN configuration.
Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet devices.
Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7.
Availability for business travel.
Good spoken and written English skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
Valid driving license for category B.
