Who are we looking for?

You will be working with a variety of customers in academic, pharmaceutical, clinical and material science research and ensure that our customer make maximum use of their system that they invested in to explore the microscopic world of nano-structures, molecules and large bio-molecules such as proteins.

You will be the leader of our Digital Service Delivery Program and responsible for digitalizing selected service processes where the SLS organization is in the lead such as Return and Repair.

Responsibilities

If this role sounds like it's interesting to you, here's a little about what you'll be doing and what you can expect from a day in the life of a Manager S4/Hana Transformation / SAP CS & SD Business Systems Specialist in our organization. You will act as key stakeholder within the Bruker Corporate S4/Hana Conversion program for the BBIO Services & Life Cycle Support (SLS) division. The role manages the digital transformation from R3 to S4/Hana and ensures a successful transition for the Quote-2-Cash process. This also includes sales support functions like Quoting and Order Management.

Active stakeholder management, problem-solving and solution finding is key for your daily business. You will work closely with functions like IT, Service, Order Management, Order Execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participant in S4Hana workshops and clarify any technical questions
  • Guide the Key User community during the S4Hana migration
  • Conceptual support in the Quote-to-Cash process
  • Process documentation for the Quote-to-Cash processes (CS/SD module)
  • Coordinate testing and training activities
  • Preparation of technical specification and test scripts
  • Build and maintain a key user community
  • Maintain high degree of knowledge/ understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions, keeping current with release levels and industry issues
  • Stakeholder management for the functions Service, Order Management, Order Execution
  • Collaboration with other Bruker Groups and Corporate IT
  • Communication to Service Management and global organization
  • Service Lead for SAP-Projects like (PDM/PLM, Service Contract Solution and 3S Contract Concept)
  • Act as know-how lead for any S4/Hana projects and daily business improvement initiatives after successful completion of the program
  • Manage projects in the environment of S4/Hana

    • Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in S4/Hana
  • 9-12 years’ work experience, with 3-5 years in project leadership
  • Fluent English
  • German is an added value.
  • Project management, process documentation, and training coordination skills
  • Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE)
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP CS module, S4Hana migrations, repairs processing, order management OTC process and master data
  • Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module and S4Hana migrations
  • Ability to translate user requests into system solutions and resolve business issues.
  • Redesign procedures to align with best practices and SAP functionality.
  • Integration capabilities in SAP SD and MM/LE, Order Management OTC process experience, and stakeholder management skills
